Referral offer

1.        Refer a friend, family member or colleague to Dethridge Groves Real Estate for our sales or property management services. The referred person must complete a new transaction with dgre within the promotional period. Valid transactions are; the new listing of a property, or signing up for new property management.

2.      Referral offer entry form must be completed to be entered into the draw.

3.      The contract must be executed (signed off) by the client and the agency (Dethridge Groves Real Estate) by the 31 December 2024.

4.      Property management or listing authority must be signed.

5.      Only the referrer will enter the draw.

Entry to the competition is free. The eligibility criteria above must be met.

Entrants must only register in their own name. Any entries of an entrant who is deemed by the promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the sole discretion of the promoter, be deemed invalid.

By entering this promotion, an entrant consents to their name, image, location, content of their entry and any other information submitted to the Promoter being published in any form of media by the promoter and the promotion’s prize supplier (Warders Hotel, Emily Taylor and Flight Club Fremantle, if applicable).

Entrants must, at the promoter’s request, participate in all promotional and publicity activity in connection with this promotion or the winning of any prize, free of charge, and sign any additional documents reasonably required by the promoter to give effect to this condition.

Associated persons and entities: Directors, management, employees and other staff (and the immediate families of directors, management, employees and other staff) of the promoter are ineligible to enter.

·         Two-night stay voucher at the Warders Hotel, Fremantle (valued at $1,000), accommodation sleeps two (2) people.

·         $250 dinner voucher at Emily Taylor, Fremantle

·         $100 entertainment voucher at Flight Club, Fremantle

Total prize value $1,350 AUD (including GST).

The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of any prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied for that element of the prize.

Variation in prize value. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize (or part thereof) is unavailable for any reason, the promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the promoter. All vouchers of the prize are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.

2.      Only one winner will be selected.

3.      The prize is not transferrable. The prize cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.

4.      No additional warranty or guarantee will be provided on the selected prize.

5.      If the winner is unable to claim their prize by the claim date, Dethridge Groves Real Estate reserves the right to hold a second draw.

6.      The prize will be available for winner collection immediately following the draw.

The draw will be by random barrel draw from all eligible entries received with the first entry drawn being the prize winner.

Barrel draw: All eligible entries are placed in a container and the first entry is drawn as the winner.

Draw to take place at dgre premises: 3 Norfolk Street, Fremantle.

If a prize winner who has been contacted and been made aware of their prize winning, and has agreed to collect the prize or for which collection is the only method for receiving the prize, does not collect the prize within twenty-eight (28) days of this contact, a re-draw will be conducted thirty-five (35) days of the original draw date, in the same location, and with the same method.

The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.

Dgre accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.

Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.

Dgre’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information provided by an entrant to dgre for the purpose of entering the competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with dgre’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the privacy statement is available at https://dethridgegroves.com.au/privacy-policy.

Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
